Should I get a breast implant, or a breast reduction? Or both?

Question

I have very unsymmetrical b*****s. One breast is almost a B cup, and the other breast is a double E.

The one little breast is firm and perky. But small. My larger breast is really big, but it looks saggy to me. Because my b*****s are such different sizes, my back has been thrown out of alignment very badly and so I walk with a hunch on my right side.

I am going to have surgery to fix my b*****s, and to make them both one size, and I have three options:

1. Keep my little breast and then make both b*****s b cups

2. Keep my big breast and then make both b*****s EE cups

or 3. Basically make both b*****s C cups by making the little breast bigger and the bigger breast smaller.

I could also just most remove both b*****s, keep the nipples, and then get saline implants.

I need some advice because I have to know what to tell the surgeon when I go in for my appointment next week!!!!!!

I'd say make them both a B or a C...EE is WAY too much, and you will have back pains and smaller b*****s are more versatile.

EE is waaaay to big!

Insurance will not cover implants.  You should really get a reduction in the larger since any cup size bigger than a D usually gives you back pain.

Or, if you are more proportioned with a small C cup, you could get in implant in one and a reduction in the other (reduction can be covered the implant won't be).

I say go for option 3. C is a nice size, not too big, not too small. If you don't want the implants though, B is perfectly acceptable.
