  1. 1) Never eat at McDonald's

    2) If you eat at Subway, the healthiest non-vegetarian sub is the Turkey Sub.  Stay away from cheese, mayo and oil.

  5. Crispy Chicken is my choice out of two selections provided. However, Subway is a good place to eat, but I do not like turkey subs. I would get a ham and roast beef with cheese, or a ham and  cheese, or roast beef and cheese.......SO I say go with the crispy chicken...

  7. Mmm, Turky Sub is so healthy and so tasty!! And you can get Sweet onion sauce which is delicious and also fat-free! Even add a little spicy mayo if you want to be bad and it's still a fraction the fat of the McDonald's crispy chicken salad.

  11. Okay, well i would go with Subway because its healthier for you. McDonald's is not that great anyway, except for their fries, but their salad is digusting.

  17. I'm a converted TOGO's fan so I like Subway. Large Italian BMT on Italian herb and cheese bread. Yummy!

  18. Subwayy all the wayy! it is wayy healthier for you and you can get whatever you want on it.  subway is also cheaper. mcdonalds may try to act healthy by adding salads(which arent that much healthier), apples, etc.

  22. you should stay home, get a whole wheat sub roll and fill it with Tofurky, lettuce and tomato. with balsamic vinegrette yum
