what are some major differences between ther 2? which would you suggest for someone who is going to play blues and rock.

Also im only 14 and im looking for a job but without a job i only make $80 a month.

so consider that the windsor is $649 and the valveking is $949

please dont tell me about other amps i am set between these two.

  1. DUDE, PAY ATTENTION. I HAVE THE VALVEKING, AND SELLING IT ON EBAY B/C IT SUCKS. I HAVE PLAYED THE WINDSOR IN GC AND IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY

THE MARSHALL HALFSTACK, WHICH I USE IN 50% OF MY GIGS, IS AWESOME.

149$ LESS THAN THE WINDSOR AND 350 LESS THAN THE VALVEKING WHIC IS A PIECE OF ****.

  2. if one amp is tube and the other is not... the tube amp will sound better...

  3. dont buy a peavy at all thats taking the cheap way out. they suck. i reccomend Krank amps. they have a reasonably priced half stack with a head that blows any peavy out of the water. if not i use a line-6 half stack. they are a little expensive though.

  4. Peavey's suck to begin with.

    Sound quality is bad.

So getting either no matter what their differences are, is a waste of money.

  5. go with the valve king its more versitile plus it ha a decent reverb. the windsor is just a single channel amp which you can get a few different sound from it but no versitility in it. Unless you can find a peavet ultra plus an ebay craigslis for the same price.
