Should I get a refund if I buy concert tickets and they don't come?

I bought Puddle of Mudd concert tickets on the 11th of this month. I bought them off ticketcrusher.com. The concert is on the 25th. It's now the 22nd, and I'm nervous if they'll come in time. If they don't, do you think I'm able to go through my credit card company and dispute the charges and get my money back?

I wouldn't buy anything from Ticketcrusher. They probably scammed you. They look like a cheap website. I would sue 'em.

I would think that is a great dispute. Did you try calling ticketcrusher?

Call Ticket Master and tell them the tickets were lost. They’ll reissue the tickets at the Will Call window of the venue so long as you can present the credit card you bought them with.
