Should I get legal assistance with my car insurance?

If I get in an accident I'll probably use one of those 'no win no fee' lawyers instead of the lawyers that come with my insurance so is the added cost of legal assistance when buying insurance really necessary?

  1. You're looking at it the wrong way. What if you CAUSE an accident and must have a lawyer DEFEND you? That's when the insurance company provides legal assistance.
