Should I get more exersize im 14?

I eat ton of high protein food and play basket for a few hours I'm always running. Then I will do 20 laps around basket court and go home and do 50 sit ups. Is that a good work out routine or should i start doing some other workouts.

  1. if you did anymore i think your youd end up turning into superman or something. no you dont need more exercise. what your doing is good no brilliant for your age. your even fitter than me!


  2. you should start doing dumbbells, start out at 15 pounds with 5 sets of 5 reps a day, and follow the 10% rule (you can ONLY up 10% of your workout a week)
