Should I get the Ipod Touch or is there anything better?

I am thinking about getting the touch but i want to know if there is anything better that doesnt cost anymore than $300.

Seriously... get the ipod touch. they are so good.

1st off, hardly anyone has one so you can show off loads...

2nd its the biggest screen ipod and biggest screen mp3 or video player.

touch screen is so easy to use, its being changed all the time for the better, whereas when you have buttons, they can't be changed.

App store has just been released and it not only has great games like Crash Bandicoot and Super Monkey Ball but also hundreds of free usefull things from tic tac toe to addictive games.  Most apps really take advantage of the accelerometre (technology used in aeroplanes!) which means when you turn the ipod, it know you have and it responds to it. So for example, if you're playing a racer game, you tilt the ipod right, car goes right etc.

Trust me, it's well worth the money. I've had mine for 2 months now and I don't know what I would've done without it! You can put a ton of music on it, pictures, video, even surf the web, check your email (well... providing your in a wi-fi spot but still), use the itunes applications store to download games (i sold my DS because i didn't feel there was any need for it after i got my ipod touch), download phrasebooks if your going overseas or whatever... etc etc etc! plus it's also an organiser - you can make notes and mark events on a calendar. All just LITERALLY a touch away!

there is NO mp3 player better than an ipod touch.  but i'm warning you you're gonna need at least the 16 gig model.  

tell me what other mp3 player you know that can surf the net, check email, check the weather, and play loads of various games, and load loads of various useful applications on.
