I'm a fit guy, and I think the knee pad is designed (or at least promoted widely) for women.. Should I get the S/M or M/L size? Does it make a difference?

  1. You could by the smaller ones, and then if they are a little bit tight, maybe you could make a slit in the back of the kneepad. You might not want to do that, but that's what a lot of the volleyball players at my school do.

  2. don't buy them on ebay

just go to a store where you can try them on

it's not that hard to find kneepads anyway

and DON"T get the bigger ones

when you slide on them they will just slide up and you'll hurt your knee

no point of wearing knee pads if you get the bigger ones

  3. I personally use the Asics conform which i think have a lot better fit than the nike dri-fit skinny knee pad (I know people who use it)

The conform has a lot more coverage and it's not really that much thicker.  There shouldn't be too much of a difference in sizing, i'd suggest going smaller because knee pads stretch out

  4. First of all, why are you buying them on ebay!? lol, They would be basically the same expense to buy them at your local sports store (basically everyone sells kneepads) and try them on! That's my advice. As for the person who said get them big, NO! when you dig they will slide off, if you are little get a small, if you are average get medium!
