Should I get the Pete Wentz haircut?

Question

I'm growing my hair out now to get it evened out, but once it is, I want the hair cut Pete Wentz had in the "A Little Less Sixteen Candles, A Little More Touch Me" music video. (I've been thinking about it for a while, but that's the only time I have seen someone else it so I wouldn't go soley on what I saw in my head). I just want it to be a longer. But, I can't find any decent pictures. How could I describe it to my idiot hair stylist? (She is, trust me. So, I need to make sure it gets through her thick skull. She tends to take personal liberties on something like I'm some doll sometimes, but finding a good hair stylist that knows my hair--my kinky hair--is annoyingly difficult)

Take in a picture of the style you like.  

And if your stylist is that bad find another.
