Is the Sims 2 on PC really fun and not boring like the games of PSP and PS2? Or should I get the Nintendo DS instead?

  1. Rent the games first and then decide.

  2. on nintendo ds the games are quite difficult.

i have the one where you're stuck on the island.

i beat it in one day on ps2.

and i still dont even understand it quite one bit on ds.

    so i dont recommend it.

but i dont know your intelligience level.

    so i dont really know.

  3. Well the Sims 2 on PC is a lot more open-ended... and it has a ton of expansions. Including the following:

    Freetime

    University(send the sims to college)

Open For Business (Start a Business and sell stuff at home)

Pets (Let your Sims have pets)

    Seasons (Adds weather and gardens)

Nightlife (Send your sims to bowl or go on dates downtown)

and two or three others I can't remember right now.

    Basically here's what you do:

You make a sim, you can customize them A lot from their hair to the chin and everything in-between. Give them clothes, again a lot of options, Make a family if you want.

Then you can make a house for your sims, from the foundation to the roof to gardens pool, fireplaces, couches, TV's Stereos,

Then you make your Sims live. This includes, getting a job, aging and eventually death, having kids, letting the kids grow up to teens and eventually adults and then death again, making friend, getting lovers, eating, bathing, having fun, sleeping.

It's basically a life simulator, if you really want to understand it watch of video of it's gameplay, go to youtube and type in SIMS 2 GAMEPLAY.

  4. ive never played the pc one but the ds one is fun and has some challenges i cant beat the last part
