Should I give my dead guinea pig a funeral?

My guinea pig died yesterday so i buried it but I am still hesitant about giving it a funeral.

YES!!!!! Your guinea pig was really special to you (I hope) and you should make sure that it is really remembered by other people. It's just respect, there are probably a lot of people who want to pay their respects to your pet.

If you loved ur guinea pig a lot, then yes plz do give him/her a funeral (especally if u feel sad about its death, it will probably make u feel better) u dont even have to do much...say ur good byes, say a prayer, moment of silence, and maybe put a stone or stick to mark its grave. All living things (pets) should deserve a funeral (even if it is a human tradition...)

of course. gather around the gravesite and say a few kind words about the guinea. throw some flowers on the grave and have a moment of silence. you can even draw on a rock and make a cute little gravestone!

My piggie is there for me whenever I need him. If he died, I would definately give him the funeral that he deserved! Dont actually put him in a funeral home, but it would be fine if you and your family said a few words on his behaf.

Aww I'm so sorry about your loss. And yes you should, put some flowers on the grave or something. I know this is weird but I planned when my guinea pigs die what I am going to do. I'm going to bury them and put a grave and flowers and write this little description on the grave that says all the great things we did and his or her life and put a picture of her on the grave stone too. Also I am sorry for your loss
