Should I give my friend another chance?

I been friends with this girl since we were at school. We had a fall out about 6 months ago for several reasons, one being that she has become very judgmental and critical of my life. After several months of not talking, we started visiting each other again and beginning to mend the friendship.

Well about about a month ago, one of my kids had a party and I invited a girl she didn't like, and whom I've grown close to since we haven't been friends. She not only didn't turn up (which I understood) but she then confronted me out the front of our kids school and started a fight with me about how the other friend has ruined our friendship (it had nothing to do with the 2nd friend). Her son's birthday was 2 weeks after this incident, and she didn't even invite us.

So now we are not talking again. Should I try to patch up the friendship because we've been friends for so long, or should I let her go and not feel bad?

  1. If you feel you should yes, im guessing she feels insecure that she wants to be your ONLY friend, so she is upset and somehow feels 'betrayed' in a way.Confront her and tell you how you feel, and eventually you will mend the friendship. Personally i woudnt bother if she is being judgemental and critical of your life, she is not worth your time, shes a adult acting like shes in Jr.High with all this drama shes creating.I hope i helped and Good-LUck with this!!!

  2. listen to your heart

  3. Let her go!  you don't need a friend that is judgmental and critical of you.  Who does she think she is anyway?  She will just do it again.
