  1. It depends on how lucrative your business is. If you are burned out , get someone else to run it for you. I gave up a very good business of 10 years and have never regretted it. Just walked away! And am happy as can be. I just could not deal about the 24-7 constant worry. Or should I say responsibilty. It was good for a while but I did need a break from it all. Glad I did. Good Luck, it is a big decision!
