Should I go get checked out? I fell and hit my head.?

I was running up my outside stairs cause one of my cats got out. I think I slipped on the first step hitting my right arm and hit the side of my head. I have a slight head ache and my eyes feel funny. Kind of like a dry feeling. I don't feel a lump where I hit my head but got an immediate headache after wards. There doesn't seem to be a cut but the whole left side of my face hurts as well (I did hit my head on the left side). I've never had a concussion. Do I need to worry. What should I do? Thanks. Oh one more thing, I do have the chills also. Nauseated but have not vomited.

You should go see your regular doctor and insist to see a doctor that can give you xrays you might also ask to see your eye doctor.  maybe a neurologist just once just in case.

Yes, definatley go get checked out there could be numerous things wrong.
