Should I go out to eat at the restaurant I just applied for a job at?

I don't know if it would seem weird for me to go there and eat, because obviously I would have to SAY who I am since they'd see me later and think it was weird if I didn't, but at the same time it almost seems like i'm making too big of a deal out of this.

I have serious serious anxiety, how in the h**l do I do this? Is it a good idea for me to go there and have lunch? (It's just an average pizza place)

Like, rrrgh, I don't know. I wouldn't want them to think i'm weird.

***I just moved to this neighborhood like 3 weeks ago. I have never been to this restaurant. It's like 5 blocks up the street from me.

  1. I am a former chef and agree with the other, if your going to potentially work there would it not be wise to know how the place runs, if your going to be a cook then seeing how the food is prepared and serve can determine the type of place it is, and if you going to be a server or bartender, it gives you a glimpse into the way thing work around the the system and how they treat people, you may not want to work there after this experience.

  2. No not weird, go eat! Might help to show you really like the place..

  3. It would be weird if you would not eat at that restaurant.

Then you give the impression: "I work here, but h**l no I'm not eating here."

  4. Go to the restaurant and enjoy yourself, everything is going to be ok.
