all the kids in my nieghborhood are friends except for a few that don't hang out with us:DD

Of course if they're your age and you have fun with them. If they're mean to you or you guys don't get along then maybe not but if they seem like nice kids go out and play : )

Its summer, go have some fun! Get off the computer and play b-ball or tag or w/e it is they're doing. Making friends with the neighborhood kids is a great idea. If you're young you'll grow up with them through highschool and having a few extra friends never hurt!

Here's certain criteria for engaging w/children: you are not a s*x offender, you do not carry drugs on your person or be under the influence of them when with children, you aren't dangerously impulsive, you don't entertain them w/stories about the hooker on 4th st and the rash she left you with etc......don't do any of those things? Sure go play.
