Should I go to Magic Mountain???

ok, my dad just asked me if i wanted to go to there, but I'm not sure because ive heard that the riders r huge and scary. So, Should i go or not and do u think i will have fun?

I love Six Flags Magic Mountain! But seriously, if you don't like roller coasters that are 40 stories high, travel 60+ mph and have 5-7 loops, don't go. You won't like it.

I would definitely go for many reasons:

1. Only one ride is 40 stories tall (superman)

     Only five rides have 5-7 loops (scream!, riddler's revenge, viper,

             tatsu, X2)

     Only 9 rides exceed 60 miles per hour (no, im not gonna list them)

   If you consider that there are 15 major roller coasters there, not

    including flat rides, then there are so many choices of rides to ride

    that i would definitely go.

2. You will have fun. Most of the rides that arent crazy are still mucho

     fun, and the crazy ones are fun too.

Many people think that all of Magic Mountain's roller coasters are too extreme, but in reality they are tons of fun, even if you  dont like the massive looping xtreme macines.

In my opinion, go and have fun! Enjoy your time at Magic Mountain!

I personally would go. They do have mammoth rides, half of which I would never even think about going on! It is a place for hardcore coaster fans, and some small children (Bugs Bunny World area). So it depends on who you are. If you want to spend 60 dollars not doing anything, or using the money to go on incredible thrill rides like Goliath, Tatsu, X2, Riddler's Revenge, Deja Vu, Scream, and Viper, then go ahead!

I am kind of halfway. You seem like you are the same. I will go on some extreme rides like Batman: the Ride, and Superman: The Escape. I do agree with you that most of the rides are huge and scary. Some even have 7 different loops and travel 100 miles an hour!

The two times I have been there I haven't had a good experience because it has been so hot, super crowded, and I felt the park wasn't maintained very well. The lines and wait times were out of control, and the fast passes we bought didn't help much either. The crowds might be more manageable now that kids are back in school there. However, they do have a lot of great rides for thrill seekers, so just use your best judgment.
