Should I go to budapest, zagreb and slovenia on my trip?

I'm taking a european trip and I was wondering if it'd be worth a week to explore Budapest, Zagreb and Slovenia

It would absolutely be worth a trip. All of these places are loaded with things to do and see. You can't go wrong, just do some research and try to have a few addresses before you go, like where to stay and what to see. Enjoy your stay!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Slovenia! I spent a fab week there in Portoroz, and also visited the lovely capital Ljubljana as well as the great place near Julian Alps, called Bled. Amazing landscapes, great weather, very friendly people, lots of sunshine and warmth by the Adriatic coastline... what else can one wish for?
