Should I go to study abroad even if tuition is high?

Hi , I'm currently a computer science student at De La Salle University - Manila. I'm already in my second year and I must say I'm not contented with the education standards of the school. Half of the curriculum of the university is useless subjects such as philosophy , religion etc and there are many computer teachers who doesnt even teach well. Clearly , I know I won't have any competence in the Computer industry when I graduate compared to graduates abroad.

I have already taken the SAT and I am planning to enroll into Singapore Management University to take Information Technology. It's the course I've always wanted. However , the tuition is super expensive and we're an above average income family and I have 4 siblings. There's also a discount being offered that will reduce tuition to 30% but it's only a 50-50 chance that I'll get it.

Should I still go with SMU, OR should I just finish my studies at my current university and enroll in an MBA in Singapore after I graduate?
