Go to the pub, don't drink any alcohol..mix and socialise enjoy.

You deserve a break don't forget that. It makes you more energised for the afternoon tasks!

Also remember you don't get paid for working through your lunch generally.

Lastly, is that job urgent or can it wait until after lunch?

even if you decide not to go pub,, still take an hour off,, dont work through,,

you wont get paid for doing it, and in my experience no gives you any thanks or appreciation,,

just sit, chill and relax, no matter where you are or what u doing

work through and then at 5.15 you can enjoy your first taste of lager on a friday yay!! you cannot beat it plus you can then carry on and get sozzled without the **** of having to go back to work
