Should I go to usc and pay off huge loans after college or go to ucsd?

Question

First off, please keep personal biases off of your answers (i.e. if you hate usc)

second - I want to go to USC because their engineering school is pretty good and I like the campus and student programs a lot better than UCSD. Problem is, they offered me ZERO financial aid meaning I'll probably have to take a $150k loan in order to pay for it (my parents are going to pay for the remaining $50k) should I do it or go to UCSD where I won't need to do this? Is it worth it to spend this much money on college?
