Should I go to work for HSBC?

HSBC has contacted me about a position as an Account Executive. I am not very sure about this position. I used to work for Citifinancial, a competitor of HSBC, and I didnt like it very much. I am concerned that the pay will not meet the needs I have now. I was making over $50000 a year in my last position and I only made about $25,000 in my Citifinancial job. What is it like to work for HSBC, and how much should I expect to get paid?
