Should I go topless at the beach?

We're going to visit my cousins in Europe. All the girls go topless at the beach, even the mom. I've never done this, but I don't want to be the only one who's different. I have a pretty nice figure, but it's hard to imagine being topless in front of the whole world. Has anyone experienced this? What do you think I should do?

I used to be very, very shy, and still am about some things; my very first time topless at a beach ... OMG ... all I could think about was how probably everyone was looking at me and wanted to hide but instead lifted up my chin and kept going :D  Isn't it vain to think people will pay too much attention at me :D Btw worst was at the pool (how I felt and waht I thought - it passed thogh); still I am alive today ;) and because I am not sure if it isn't ilegal in US to go topples at the beach or w/ thong (only) I'm not doing it anymore :(((((((   (but I'll be cheking on it soon)

It is not about being scared. After all weren't you scared riding bike for the first time :)
You should only do it if you think you would be comfortable and not because everyone else is.
