Should I grow my hair or not? (pics)?

Question

My hair is pretty long now, well below shoulder length and I was thinking about getting it cut or in the least more layered because I get a lot of spilt ends

Anyway this is it now:

Would I look better with shorter hair?

I think you would look better with short hair- not to mention I think you would look proffessional as well- which is a good thing. A shoulder length cut with layers would look real nice on you :-D

Yes, cut it to your underwire of your bra. (bottom of your bra)

Or beggining. And if you find its too thick get layers or it thinned out.

I think maybe swept bangs and layers would look amazing on you.

- if you cut it (shortest shoulder length) donate your hair to cancer kids.

you'd look cute ! short hair is good for a change. it makes it a lot healthier. it would soo fit your face shape too.
