Should I grow my hair to my butt or cut it to around my shoulders?

which one sounds better on a 5 foot tall, 14 year old girl with dirty blonde wavy/curly/frizzy hair? but I would striaghten it. its about 4 inches below my shoulders. what do you guys prefer?

Just as long as you take good care of it, it's going to look great & very attractive.  

I highly suggest growing it out to your butt, or ever longer. It'll help compliment your natural beauty & most guys love girls with really long hair too.

grow it long because if you have frizzy short hair your hair will look really puffy no offense but if you always keep it straight i suggest short with no layers or a bob

I think you should   curly. it. I am 5foot and my hair is to my butt and i  leave it curly. I think it is cute curly.

I would recommend something in between your chest and mid stomach section, and depending on your face shape bangs(either side or straight across) are a cute and edgy look. :)

oh my gawd do not grow it to your butt. i had my hair almost to my but and cutt it and i think that was one of my best desisions. cut it like a half of an inch below your shoulders
