Should I have failed my road test?

Alright, so I'm going along, you need to understand the rest of the test was perfect, aside from these two things. Firstly, I was right close up to line and the light turns yellow, it was the point of no return, and I had to make the left, she says I shouldnt have entered and docks me points. And then later I'm in a right turn only lane and there is a motorcycle not moving. So she tells me to pull around, but i tell her it's a solid white line. She says go for it, so i do, and then she yells at the guy, and then tells me to carry on around him, TO THE RIGHT, FROM THE LEFT LANE. so, i do naturally, under pressure from my examiner and i have cut it so tight so as to not hit the other lane, and in doing so i went over the curb.

Now this sucks, because i know i have heard of people that did way worse in the states, and they passed. but this is BC, Canada, and its tough. but it sucks too, cuz we have to wait two weeks minimum and this will be my third try and im getting sick of it.

  1. Try going to a different DMV next time. Maybe that will help., or Change your residence to Seattle, get a Washington licence & then take that back to use until you pass the test if they have no recoprical aggrement w/ wash state

  2. No I would say she told you to make illegal moves and should be fired as an examiner.
