I have recently bought a 2008 Norco Katmandu. Where i live there isnt anything big so we find trails and ride them... obviously. The main terrain is roots from tree's and rocks. I am new to the adjustable shocks and i was wondering. Should i have my shock soft or hard?

Thanks

  1. not soft or hard, what u need to do is find a spot where the compression is soft enough to take the hit of a drop, rock or root but u need to also make sure that your rebound is quick enough to reverse the compression or your shocks will dampen right down and u will go over the bars. if you go to your local bike store and look for a dvd called FUNDAMENTALS it will give you all the information that you need to adjust all your components.

  2. soft
