Should I have my window open while my music's playing?

I want to, but I'm concerned that my neighbors might hear.

It's pretty hot right now...

... it's almost 11 PM.

I'm not thinking like BLASTING music... just medium-volume.

i think  u would be ok...but if lights start turning on and stuff i would turn it down a litte..lol

When I rig my tunes up, my f***ing neighbours, who are bullies come and pound on my glass windows,  which makes me be childish and crack it up more but I do this in the day.  11pm at night is alittle late to be annoying the neighbourhood,  they maybe send the police around!  If it is med vol should be ok depends how tolerant your neighbours are?!
