I believe this is a joke and the asker is imply something to the point of the 'her' in the question have just gotten out of the shower or the pool or something to that extend and the 'her' being propositioned for some sort of adult service so to speak.  But then again I likely have both a mind in the gutter and an over-active imagination.  Regardless the question is very vague.
