Guess it depends on the quality of the s*x. I mean if its someone that you thought you never had a chance with...Then by all means work it to the break of dawn. If its the same old same old, well work that too. Matter of fact if you got some booty that needs some attention, go for it. Maybe just be the submissive one to conserve a bit o energy for the scrums tomorrow.

Not really. If u go at it all night long, it might though. Me personally, never affect my performances. It releases stress and tension more like it.....
