When I was 17 I went to the store with mom. It was a very cold night so I wanted to get some hot cocoa. I got my cup and put it under the nozzle, not hard duh, and pressed the button of beverage I wanted. Well the hot cocoa sprayed all over my hands, arms, and chest. The nozzle malfunctioned and I got burned pretty bad. I cried of course but just left. It's been bugging me if I shoulda done something about it and what would of been the outcome.

  1. those machines have it  clearly marked caution  contents will be hot

  2. Well if this is over 2 years ago that this happened, you are pretty much out of luck and if you didn't report it to the clerk or the store owner when it happened you are probably out of luck too.... unless you needed some medical help, more than just some cream & a band-aid there probably isn't much that would have been done anyway.

  3. Did you go to the Doctor? Did you have any medical bills. Is t here any permanent scarring?

If you answered no to these questions, you did not have a case.
