Should I hire my boss as my Realtor?

For some reason, I have a gut feeling that this is a bad idea. However, my boss is promising me cash at closing and he sends listing to my email weekly. Should I hire him as my Agent? If not, how should I let him know that I am not interested in his services. I use to be a Real Estate Agent many years ago, so I know the in's and outs' of the business. I am agressive and fiesty at times. I will be spending alot of money on this home, and I am not playing around, I know better than to trust any agent. I am doing a lot of research and I know alot about the real estate market. I don't take any c**p from these Agents. I could just imagine that, my agressive, no non-sense, know-it- all attitude may create a tense relatiosnhip between my Realtor. I just don't think my boss would fit well as my Realtor. To be honest, I don't really like to mix relationships., because the roles are switched. What should I do? Thanks.

if you dont feel right about it at all.. then dont do it... if you get screwed over then you have to deal with him everyday.. find someone else and just say they are family... family trumps co-worker..
