Should I hold onto or sell my pokemon cards?

I have about 1500+ pokemon cards.

Should i sell them now or will they gain in value over the years?

Hmmm.  I would hold on to them.  Only sell a few if some one will offer you a very good deal, but if not hold on to 'em

Some have increased and some have not. Make good deals and keep some of your holographics. I have a Celebi that someone was offering $500 for. Its just that I only have one and that is part of a deck that I have made (I finally understand how to play Pokemon). Even though my greed might overcome and I might sell it. I also have plenty of those high priced Mews (the Egyptian format version). Keep them and when you get bored give Pokemon a try and still keep up with your selling. It won't hurt to try.
