Should I install IMVU now?

I've began to finally get my computer back into shape, but it has fatal errors caused by viruses. It doesn't get any worse though, and the videos and animations work smoothly; except it doesn't have an Internet connection. Last time I had to remove it because it messed up my computer but now I'm not so sure--and I don't want to risk 90$ again.

Imvu is most likely not the case why your computer broke. Those viruses probably came from other sites you were surfing or through email. It is safe to install.
