I homeschool my 14 year old daughter who is almost finished with 9th Grade. Homeschooling highschool was harder than expected. I'm considering joining an ISP but dont really want to if I dont have to because of the cost. The ones I've found are from $250-600 a year. I would really like to hear your opinion.

What are the benifits and disadvantes of an ISP?

  1. The benefit of an ISP is free curriculum materials and oversight by a teacher, if you feel you need one.

The disadvantages are that you will be doing ISP curriculum, which may not suit your child, and you will have to answer to someone else.

I suggest you get a copy of http://lowryhousepublishers.com/TeenageL...

    Be well.
