Should I keep running everyday to improve or is that unhealthy?

  1. If you are going to do that i suggest you do it very early so the heat will not make you faint while you run you may want to start at 5 to 5:30.


  2. Well, running everyday is a good idea, but then you will also need a rest day so that your muscles can have a little rest and they have time to restore them. Hehe I don't know how to explain well 'though hehe.

  3. It could be okay as long as you take at least one day a week off for rest and wisely choose the workouts you do and place them on a schedule where you will not be overtraining.

  4. The only time I would recommend running every day is if you need to lose weight. If you are already in fairly good shape then running every other day gives your muscles time to recover and rebuild. Or a mon, wed, fri routine.
