business meeting, didn't quickly return her call to my cell phone (call was delayed to voicemail by hours), and didn't disclose arrest on job application (falsely accused by ex wife, pled innocent, charges dropped). I've been on job 6 months. 3 month job review was satisfactory. Thanks for your answers !

  1. I wouldn't hire you!

  2. I would at least look for additional income

  3. I would wait to see your next review, and in the meantime, be on your best behavior.  If the next review isn't good, I would look for another job, but quietly.

If there was a reasonable reason for missing the meeting, I would explain that to her.  The misleading info on the job application is a big mistake, though. Look at the job application carefully - if it asked you about convictions and you didn't disclose it, then I would bring it up to your manager as a miscommunication, and explain the charges were not substantiated.

    Good luck.

  4. Yes, it sounds like your manager does not trust you.  If you need job placement check out my website below.

  5. With today's job market you'll be looking for quite some time. Hang in there, it will all blow over. Just smile alot, it goes a long way. Really.
