I would.  It's such a drag to get there and have to wait.  I always make reservations if the place I'm going takes them.

Yes, unless you plan on going at an off peak time, say 2:30 pm or so. Lunch is really busy there.

You probably should because it is always really crowded, especially in Chicago, and you don't want to get there and have to wait an hour.

Yes, it's always worth it to make reservations in advance. Oh and good choice I love the Rainforest Cafe!!
