  1. Chicago is a very nice city i know if you came to live here you will love it.

  2. Hands down Chicago. I can't begin to explain what a great city it really is. The diversity among people, the friendliness, the city life in general. There's so much to do and see and you can never get tired of it. When coming from a small town it might be a little intimidating at first. Chicago is a very large city, but it's also very welcoming and warm to outsiders. You'll fit in no time. Hope you make the choice of moving to the windy city!!

By the way, our winters are extremely cold but I'm pretty sure Philly is about the same.

  3. It depends... Where do you live now?  Chicago can get extremely cold during the winters and the weather in Philly is milder.

The crime rate in Philly has increased dramatically over the years... yet Chicago isn't perfect either.

Moving from a small town to a city is always a big change.  Not as much green space and places for kids to run around is one thing.  For a family you should look at suburbs around the area so you're close to the city and night life, yet you still can be in a "small town" like setting and can raise a family well in it.  Plus (generally) the schools are better.

  4. CHICAGO!  its clean and safe!  philly is dangerous and lame with a curfew.

  5. chicago easily. the night life here is awesomeee. everything about chicago is way better than philly :) you should expect a big change when you move to a bigger city but trust me if you move to chicago you will adapt and it will be worth it!

  6. Move to Chicago, because it is much bigger, better nighlife, and a much bigger cooler downtown.

  7. Chicago.

I recently traveled to NJ and went through philly/new york and all those good places nearby. I have to say I could only really imagine the nightlife being good if you went to NY city which is a pain with gas/train fees...and the food in NYC is expensive as it is. Chicago will be more convinient. My boyfriends parents grew up there and they both agree that they loved it.

  8. Neither.....come down to Texas...it's warm, cheap and the pay is good.
