Should I needle pop this thing??

Question

I had this giant under the skin pimple, and 3 days ago it came to a head. I popped it, but only a little came out. Now, 3 days later, i have this thing that's pushing out and is kinda hard, not as hard as before though. I have a week and a half before this important event. So should I just try to force it with a needle or let it wait its course? Btw its not cystic acne just a really nasty one that I get like once every 4 months. :(

do not pop swith needle use to fingers poping sits it good but after use hot water to get rid of presure

Try putting hot salt compresses on it which should bring it to head

pretty quick. Once it bursts keep it clean and it should be healed

before your event.
