Should I pass and go on to 11th grade?

I live in FL and I did well my sophmore year. But I REALLY really slacked off the second semester of that school year. My grade on the second semester were D, C, D, D.

My GPA if I recall is 3.125 because I did well freshman year.

Another thing I wanna know. Would I say still be able to get some honors classes if my second semester grades are like what I just put? (cuz I signed on for a couple honors classes)

I'm from FL too, and each school district is different. You should talk to your guidance counselor. I think you should be able to, but talk to your counselor.

i dont think so.. your gonna really have to prove yourself when you get in 11 grade, and try to be recodmended.

You pass with D's, but it won't get you very far--like not into honors classes! But the question is--why do you want honors classes? Those are for people who are interested in working hard. Are you? Prove it this next year by getting A's & B's and then you can take all the honors classes you want as a senior.
