Should I pay for them or not ????

I bought some friends videos of ebay and the person i bought them from has just sent me a message saying.......

"I have just packaged the videos for you and it seems 2 of the tapes are missing, I am happy to refund your money to you as I appreciate tis is no longer a full set".

should I accept the refund or just take the video set with the two tapes missing ???

If you haven't pait for it, then don't pay. Just tell them you don't want it anymore since the 2 tapes are missing. Or if you really want it, then pay for it and ask them for partial refund for the 2 missing tapes prices. On ebay, if the item not as discribed, you can either open the dispute for exchange or refund.

well u dont want to pay for what ur not getting

and the person did offer to refund your money

so i wud take the refund

Request the refund. Why would you get a set that's not all there? It'd be hard to find just the missing one. You'd have to buy all of it, all over again anyway.
