I picked Seattle and the raiders

the raiders keeped Def coorRob Ryan and signed D.Hall and G. Wilson  and they have one of the best corners in N.Asomugh so when rob ryan sends those crazy blitz packages they wont get burned up the middle or deep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would take the Vikings. Raiders have a long way to go before they get a decent defense.

vikings D, with teh williams bro at D-line and jared allen, they're going to be beasts. the only prob is their secondary but they are light years ahead of oakland's D.

Vikings D all the Way, they will be top 5 while Raiders will be 10 to 15
