Should I place a bid on ebay?

well they have never sold anything so they don't have a user opinion or feedback, also, they have never bought anything, so they don't have feedback for that niether, Ilm trying to bid on a Palm TX

I have done e-bay a lot. If I were you I would pass on this one for the reasons you stated.

I would never bid on an item when the seller has a feedback of less than five.  By the way, if you want to know a way to get money back every time you buy something from Ebay, then send me an email.
