Cause she refused to show me radar wich thats was fishy & wrote me up for my tires (tire thread low) if that was the case why didnt she give a fixing ticket for tinted windows no front license plate and the weird thing she didnt pull me over right away she tailed me for 5min and that's before it took her about 2 min to catch up to me and never put her lights on me even before she supposedly got me at 77 wich is B.S I was at 61 so I feel she just picked me out of the crowd for the h**l of it its just weird. So im pissed about the whole situation going to fight it.

  1. if all she got you for is speeding, you better just eat the ticket and forget about it because your in for steeper fines if you get hit wtih all of it!!!

  2. This is a no win situation for you, plead guilty and ask for a defensive driving course and hope for the best...

  3. oOo see you didn't say all that stuff about the tinted windows and tires, and no front plate before.

They can write tickets for those... not fix it tickets, fines.

your lucky you got away with just a speeeding ticket, you might as well eat it, and be happy that you only got that.

Even if you don't think you were speeding.

  4. If the cop tailed you for 5 min then the cop was "clocking you" using his car speedo.  So they go you there.

Sorry but your line of reasoning will not hold up in court.  If you decide to fight it, see a lawyer first.

    Good Luck...

  5. Go ahead and get the tires replaced...Take the bill for  replacement  with you to court and show it to the judge and that should be the end of it...As for the cop - forget it, she was having "one of those days."

    All the best.

  6. Pay the ticket and move on.
