Should I pop this pimple?

I had this giant under the skin pimple, and 3 days ago it came to a head. I popped it, but only a little came out. Now, 3 days later, i have this thing that's pushing out and is kinda hard, not as hard as before though. I have a week and a half before this important event. So should I just try to force it with a needle or let it wait its course? Btw its not cystic acne just a really nasty one that I get like once every 4 months. :(

Go see a dermatologist. If it isn't something with a huge risk of infection, they can inject it with medicine and it will usually go away quickly. If you pop it yourself, you will just end up with a scar and it can become infected.

Pop it! Then stick it on your mirror so you and everybody else can admire it.    :)

I totally get these. Who doesn't?

A week a half. Well I know people always go "see a dermatologist" as if dermatologists are wandering around the streets giving free skin advice...

If you can't get to a doctor, uuhhh I say take a clean, sterolized needle to it. A week a half is a long enough healing period. After draining it, some neosporin should help.

Maybe this is horrible advice, but it's practical.
