I began working at a CPA firm back in January of this year. Everything was going good and then in March they welcomed back a previous employee. She was incredibly bossy and s****. and felt the need to talk down to me and make fun of me in front of other coworkers. We eventually had a big blowout in June when I stood up to her. She then tried to get me fired but was unsuccessful and she eventually quit. The following week after her resignation she served me with an injunction against harassment stating that I had threatened her numerous times and hacked into her on-line bank accounts. My boss hired an IT guy to come and investigate the computers and they found no trace of me ever doing such things. They did find though that she had been researching my boyfriend and I for weeks digging up all of our dirt. Yesterday I went down to the court and requested a hearing to try to get this injunction off of my record and I'm wondering if I should do more. She is obviously the one harassing me and stalking me. Should I file a counterclaim against her for harassment?
