Should I purchase a 1988 Mercedes Benz 190E?

Our neighbor just moved into a senior living center. She had a 1988 Mercedes Benz 190E 2.3 that she wanted to sell to me. It has 96 000 kilometers. The leather is in great condition, no cracks or drying areas. All original parts, serviced with care clean interior. Nice features, Runs amazingly. Should I buy it she is offering it to me below its value.
