Should I put 3 way speakers in the front and rear door & in the 3rd row seat?

depends on what else you have in the car.

i have 2 way speakers for the door, tweeters running independantly on the door pillors and 2 subs in the boot.

if you have only these speakers 2 or 3 way whould be a good choise.
