  1. Well are you from wales if you are then put up the welsh flag and the union jack togther that would be great idea.

if you are not from from wales then dont put it up. just put up union jack instead

  2. Lancashire really isn't that close to Wales so your kidding yourself on that front. but its your own perrogative, peopl could choose to take offense wherever you are so i guess it depends on your reasons for wanting to fly a welsh flag....?

  3. if your welsh you so should you have to PROUD  of the country even if you donr live there i would welsh through and through lol we travel a lot and have a ciwt little flag on the delica where ever we go !!!

just do it and if any eighbours complain take it down or explain your reasons for putting it up and maybe they would understand xx

  4. soccar rivalry?

i wouldnt, even if its not for that, then other ppl would take it like that.

unless its in your flat or something.

but i wouldnt know, im american

  5. Well I'd get annoyed if someone put an English one in Wales which is understandable considering the history and the way the treated and still treat us. So in Wales with an English flag no. Maybe in England it wouldn't be a good idea either because they are all hating us now but they don't have a reason, Mind you if I Lived in England then  I would most certainly erect a welsh Flag.

  6. why not lancashire in ancient times was settled by similar people to the welsh(brythonic celts) and you can even see the welsh mountains from many parts of the county too!

  7. Here is some discussion on flag flying in UK - http://flagspot.net/flags/xf-home.html.

  8. Lancashire isn't anywhere near Wales!

More to the point, what would be your reason? Is it just to p*ss off the locals? To cause conflict?

Personally, I hate people flying flags, regardless of the flag involved. It tends to promote segregation, and I think we are all too keen to find differences between each other- instead we should be wanting to unite and get along.

I know people want to be proud of their heritage, but you don't need to do it in such a garish and in-your-face way
